Uvas Ayurveda successfully completed the Garbha Matha Sanskar course...where students from Brazil and bangalore participated. Thanks to Dr.shruti Dr.sanmiti rao Dr.Lalith srinivasa Heartfulness reserch institute for Meditation, mrs.Lakshmi for yoga in pre and post natal care Mrs pawan jain for traditional sutika(post-partum) receipees And mrs.Vilasini Ganesh for cooking classes along with Hemavathy who as a team were involved in the different lectures. our aim in conducting these courses to encourage doctors and students about our so many specialities and super specialities in Ayurveda. personally Garbha Matha Sanskar topic is extremely close to my heart as i always believe pregnancy is not pills of calcium,iron and exercises...it much deeper connnection to your own soul...connection to your baby...and its such a good feeling bringing this baby in the world with good values.
